Billing questions
What happens after the 7 days?
The subscription renews at $79/month + applicable tax unless you cancel before the trial ends. We email a reminder 3 days before the first $79 charge.
Why does my statement say LINK.COM?
Payments are processed by Link, a Stripe company, as reseller. Every charge appears as LINK.COM* ASTER RIDGE. Checkout and Stripe receipts label the trial "7 days free"; the $7 trial fee is charged at signup.
How do I cancel?
Open your account page and choose Manage subscription or cancel. You keep access until the end of the trial or the month you paid for, and no further charges are made.
Can I start a second trial?
No. One trial per email. A returning subscriber pays $79/month + applicable tax from the first day.
